Hospitality Begins Here Sunday morning refreshments is breakfast for many; it’s easier than fixing it at home. But, hospitality requires some hands-on help. It is time for each of us to volunteer. This does not mean you have to do it every time, but you can plan to help one Sunday every couple of months for maybe 20 minutes. All services need help, and it is getting difficult to provide refreshments for these services. If you can help please call Amy Lauber at 314-630-3030. A sign-up sheet is available at the table in Fellowship Hall.

Please support our bus fund by purchasing scrip or gift cards for your routine purchases, ie. gas, groceries, you estaurants, etc. You can place orders in the Scrip bowl by the church office any Sunday and have them available at church the next Sunday. Also, the UMM maintains an inventory of the most popular cards which are available for immediate purchase any Sunday.

Kermit’s Wrong — It’s Easy Being Green! Do you recycle your magazines, or worse, just toss them out? Ever wish you had a magazine, but you felt it was too costly? New Hope’s Green Team is instituting a magazine swap. Come and look at the selection of magazines displayed in the Social Hall on the last Sunday of the month and take what you want. If you have any old magazines to share, remove any name stickers and bring them. You don’t need to bring magazines to take them though! Magazines may be brought to church before the 1st service on the last Sunday of each month OR can be left in labeled bags on the pews by the windows in the Social Hall on the Sunday before that. Any magazines not taken will be put in the recycling bin, or may be shared with shut-ins if someone is interested in doing that..Please call Kris Way at 636-467-2958 with questions or if you would like to help.
